PowerSleeve® is a field-wetted fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composite system. This system cures by room temperature reaction of the 2-part resin.

Furnished as a complete Kit (see photo, above right) PowerSleeve® ships to the field with all components pre-measured and factory sealed. Everything is included--even a trash bag. To use the product, an Installer simply lays out a pre-measured fiber reinforcement segment, mixes the pre-measured resin components (with a furnished mixing stick) and applies the resin to the reinforcement. Then the wetted composite is applied onto the repair.

Standard Kits are sized to fit steel pipe, and to cover 1-foot, linearly, along that pipe, with 4 wraps (12 plies).

Cure time is typically 2-4 hours.
